Transparency in Job Postings

As VetSec’s community approaches 4,000 members strong, I want to take a minute to thank our partners. Through their generous donations, military members and veterans have been able to upskill in cybersecurity at an amazing rate, finding jobs commensurate with their service and experience.

We are always interested in partnering with veteran-friendly employers and have the ability to advertise our partner’s jobs directly in our community, where they will be seen by all of our members (all military, in many cases cleared talent). If this is something your company may be interested in, please reach out.

With our commitment to our military members comes a commitment to transparency. Effective immediately, all of our jobs postings from our partners will include a salary range. This will be required to be listed in our community. We hope this will open the aperture for those transitioning servicemembers so they can make educated decisions about their value and their first steps out of the military, along with helping those looking to upskill before they decide to undergo an arduous interview process.
